Jon Gregg
I’ve dedicated my career to understanding and activating the power of personal growth and team synchrony. My experience has been lived across the spectrum of high-performing and low-performing teams alike, in large corporate behemoths, gritty early-stage startups and a host of community groups I’ve been a part of and led.
Much of what I’ve incorporated into my coaching practice since 2017 has been learned from nearly 30 years in the field with roles such as Chief Revenue Officer, President, Board Director, Coach and Captain in some of the most dynamic, vibrant and fast-paced environments for human systems development.
I’ve steeped myself in training and certification with institutions such as Wharton, Yale, and the International Coaching Federation, along with a host of guides, and wisdom-keepers to adeptly deploy disciplines that support lasting personal and professional development: Neuro Linguistic Programming, Neuro-Plasticity, Core-Energy Leadership, Team Synchrony and Executive Team Alignment, Shadow Work, Flow States, Internal Family Systems, Inner-Child Work, Type-specific alignment and more.

As the eldest of three, with two younger sisters, I was raised in the NYC suburbs by grounded, hard-working, middle-class parents from The Bronx, alongside four inspiring post depression-era grandparents. My upbringing was steeped in Irish Catholic vibes with a dash of Polish spice, and paternal alcoholism manifesting through unhealed masculine energy. In early childhood development, I fortified a survival mechanism of hypervigilance, nurturing an intuitive discernment of others' core energy as a finely tuned empath.
I stumbled along the way with undiagnosed ADHD, and became adept at finding ways to keep others on-balance to avoid chaos, often through people-pleasing and an obsession with overachievement. I captained most sports teams I was part of and led various youth organizations, even coaching adults going through religious conversion as a teenager.
I earned a collegiate soccer-scholarship, moved from Queens, NY to San Francisco during the dotcom boom, and enjoyed an outwardly successful career in sales and revenue leadership across diverse industries like media, technology, agriculture, real estate, and eCommerce.
I've intimately experienced imposter syndrome and accessed my self worth through extrinsic feedback rather than intrinsic acceptance. I've spent years on the hamster-wheel of "doing more to have more and be more". I've experimented with dozens of fringe diets, workout routines and self-help frameworks to be a more productive, balanced, and impactful husband, father, leader, and friend.
Along the way, I did my deep inner work, embraced sobriety, tapped into the magic of adult ADHD (Audacious, Driven, and Hyper-Creative by Design) and now adhere to a steady diet of meditation, prayer, journaling and a variety of mindful spirituality practices that are just-right for me.
I’ve steeped myself in a collection of human development tools and disciplines including Jungian Shadow Work, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Internal Family Systems, Neuro-Plasticity, Flow States, Mindfulness Frameworks, Inner-Child Work, Epigenetics, Human Involution, and more.
I’ve been honored to coach individuals and teams across the spectrum of humanity; accomplished executives, strivers starting their careers, mid-career and mid-life seekers, entrepreneurs and seasoned founders building their vision, professional athletes, artists finding their voices, and more.
As a grateful father of three truly incredible humans, I've lived in NYC, Northern California, Palm Springs, Chicago and Las Vegas. I've coached nearly two dozen sports organizations, and thrived through the other side of divorce after 20+ years. I'm a serviceable pianist, have performed solo at an open mic night (gulp!), lowered my golf index from 25 to 8 in under 3 years, I trail-run like a mellow mountain goat, and my mind and body are attuned to a devotional morning practice that works just-right for me, right now!
Corporate Background
Working with incredible teammates at companies like Ogilvy, Yahoo, NewsCorp, Starwood and a host of venture and private equity-backed organizations, I’ve been fortunate to witness and learn from truly inspiring leaders sharing their journeys. Over those nearly 30 years, I’ve curated a library of playbooks for personal, professional and team development across corporate, start-up, and scale-up environments.
I’ve been responsible for more than $1.5B in sales, leading a collection of early-stage teams as a VP Sales, Chief Revenue Officer and President, worked with more than 100 of the Fortune 1000, and every major US Sports League. I've navigated the successful turnaround and acquisition of a software company and have been part of capital-raising teams securing more than $900M in funding. And in my seemingly never-ending quest to learn about new systems and domains, I’ve been immersed in a wide swath of industries, including advertising, media, real-estate, technology, agriculture, retail, sports and entertainment, eCommerce, and more!
